Bishop Noel Jones Hopes 'Preachers of LA' Brings Nonreligious Viewers to God: Does he agree with affirming homosexuality?

It's one thing to yearn to bring sinners to Jesus Christ through the reality show, 'Preachers of LA', but it's another thing to want to allegedly cater to homosexuals in the church.  Now, Bishop Noel Jones allegedly makes the excuse of wanting to allow homosexuals to serve in the church in general on his older brother who allegedly is gay, possibly and partially because of their father's neglect.  Isn't it so true, you can't bring sinners to Christ unless you disagree with their sin?  What are sinners getting saved from, when you pamper them and not preach against their sin?

Another question, would you classify Bishop Noel Jones as a gay affirming minister?
