Brian Brodersen takes Chuck Smith's position as pastor at Calvary Chapel

Brian Brodersen takes over the position at Calvary Chapel in Costa Mesa.  Now, as some of you already know, Pastor Chuck Smith died not too long ago. So, of course, there had to be an appointed individual to take over his church.  Therefore, the board of directors possibly discussed who would be the right person and it seems like it did not take long for them to make that decision.  Possibly, he was already appointed before Pastor Smith died and that's a good thing.
