Pastor Wants to Be Voice for LGBT Church Members: Why Isn't he a voice for Jesus Christ?

Pastor Frank Schaefer is a prime example of other pastors who are seeking attention. It seems like he wants to be the poster child for the LGBT community, not just because of his son, but he could go down in history as the pastor who won his position within the United Methodist church.   It's so sad, he isn't being a voice for Jesus Christ who does not agree with homosexuality.

According to, Schaefer is serving a 30-day suspension from his central Pennsylvania church for leading his son's 2007 wedding in Massachusetts. The Methodist church accepts gay and lesbian members but rejects the practice of homosexuality as “incompatible with Christian teaching.” He has been ordered to surrender his religious credentials by Thursday if he can't adhere to church doctrine. 

We pray for Pastor Frank Schaefer, because one day he will have to stand before God and give an account for not doing right.
