Family Of Jahi McMath Petitioning To Have Her Declared ‘Alive’

Jahi McMath's parents want her to no longer be declared dead.  They allegedly said she is showing signs that her brain is allegedly active and her attorney is making sure that her family's wishes come true.  We recall this case last year and it's nothing but God she's still alive, thank God for her family not giving up.

We can't wait to see it when Jahi leaves that hospital and is able to speak to those who don't want her to be declared alive.   It's going to be so nice when she talks to the news about her recovery.
